OceansWatch North America, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Connecticut as a US non-stock, non-profit corporation on September 11, 2008. Our Federal Tax ID number (EIN) is 26-3407022.

The 1023 application to the IRS for determination of tax exempt status was submitted in April 2009 and the determination approval letter was issued on January 25, 2010. In the determination letter the IRS made the effective date of exemption September 24, 2008, so all donations to OWNA made after September 24, 2008 are tax deductible.
